Request your estimate
Let us know when you want to move, what you have, and if there are any building rules so we can match your move with the right crew and truck. If needed, we can also set up a video call to calculate the cost of your move more accurately.

Confirm access and paperwork
Your coordinator will review and confirm the estimate. If you’re satisfied with everything, we’ll confirm the quote in writing. The coordinator will answer all your questions and help you check elevator, COI, and parking requirements at both addresses for pickup and delivery.

In most cases, we can accommodate a same-day move. As soon as you call, we start the process. We’ve had movers arrive at a client’s Boston apartment within 2 hours of their call. Availability can vary depending on the time of day, but we prioritize last-minute requests – meaning we will do everything possible to get a moving crew to you the day you reach out. Early morning call? We’ll aim for late morning/afternoon. Afternoon call? We may still be able to move you by evening.

No – we don’t believe in upcharging customers just because a move is short notice. Our pricing is the same for last-minute local moves as it is for any scheduled move. You’ll pay our standard hourly rate for the truck and movers if it's a local move, or flat rate if it's a long distance move, plus additional services or any materials you might need (boxes, etc.), just like any other job.
