Move and Care is actively hiring full-time movers for the current season. Competitive hourly pay (starting at $18.70/hour), 8-hour days (40 hours/week) on a Thursday-Monday schedule, 8am-4pm.
Requires a high school degree. No experience needed - we provide all training along with the tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Our crews serve customers across Massachusetts, Texas, North Carolina, and California.

What You'll Do
Hands-on moving and customer support
- Load and unload furniture and belongings with care.
- Wrap and secure items so they stay in great condition.
- Arrange items in the truck to prevent damage in transit.
- Assist clients at their new location and place items where requested.
- Keep work areas tidy and ensure everything arrives as expected.
- Move items up to 25 lb safely as part of the team.

Your Protections
Fair pay, guarantees, and travel coverage
- All deductions required by law are taken from your paycheck.
- Guaranteed work for at least three-fourths of workdays in each 12-week period.
- Visa, processing, border crossing, and related fees reimbursed in the first workweek (excluding passport fees).
- Transportation (with meals and lodging if needed) provided or reimbursed once 50% of the employment period is completed.
- Return transportation provided when the employment period is completed or if dismissed early.
- Travel reimbursement equals the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance.
- Daily subsistence during travel: $14.00 per day up to $59.00 per day with receipts.
