Move and Care is actively hiring full-time movers for the current season. Competitive hourly pay (starting at $18.70/hour), 8-hour days (40 hours/week) on a Thursday-Monday schedule, 8am-4pm.

Requires a high school degree. No experience needed - we provide all training along with the tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Our crews serve customers across Massachusetts, Texas, North Carolina, and California.

What You'll Do

Hands-on moving and customer support

Load and unload furniture and belongings with care.
Wrap and secure items so they stay in great condition.
Arrange items in the truck to prevent damage in transit.
Assist clients at their new location and place items where requested.
Keep work areas tidy and ensure everything arrives as expected.
Move items up to 25 lb safely as part of the team.

Your Protections

Fair pay, guarantees, and travel coverage

All deductions required by law are taken from your paycheck.
Guaranteed work for at least three-fourths of workdays in each 12-week period.
Visa, processing, border crossing, and related fees reimbursed in the first workweek (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (with meals and lodging if needed) provided or reimbursed once 50% of the employment period is completed.
Return transportation provided when the employment period is completed or if dismissed early.
Travel reimbursement equals the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance.
Daily subsistence during travel: $14.00 per day up to $59.00 per day with receipts.
