No, our team members are not allowed to disconnect water or gas lines for both your safety and ours. Please ensure these are disconnected before we arrive.

Movers have the right to refuse to move unsanitary items. Additionally, we cannot transport flammable liquids, firearms, explosives, or any container filled with gasoline or propane.

There must be sufficient parking space for the truck. Parking areas and walkways should be clear of all obstructions. You are responsible for parking permits if necessary for your area and will be responsible for paying parking tickets if we end up getting one.

If damage is caused by our service, we will be responsible according to the protection you had chosen. If there is damage, notify our crew immediately. They will complete a Damage Report before they leave your site. If you discover damage after the move, call the office within 96 hours of your move.

Yes, make sure all your belongings are loaded on the truck(s) and unloaded at the end of the move.

If our movers arrive and for any reason you cannot move at the scheduled time, you will need to pay the minimum charge. The deposit is applied towards the service, but if you must cancel your move, we require a 7-day notice for local moves and a 2-week notice for interstate moves to refund your deposit. You won't lose the deposit if you need to reschedule your service within 3 days of the move for local moves and 2 weeks for interstate.
