Confirm access and paperwork
Your coordinator will review and confirm the estimate. If you’re satisfied with everything, we’ll confirm the quote in writing. The coordinator will answer all your questions and help you check elevator, COI, and parking requirements at both addresses for pickup and delivery.

Yes. Plaster and lath are common in many Boston homes. We check the structure, use the right anchors (or find studs), and protect the finishes while we drill. We'll let you know when it's safer to add blocking or move it somewhere else.
We safely attach to metal studs using hardware that is made for steel framing. We don't just put a TV on plasterboard. If the structure is in doubt, we'll suggest other options, like a different location, backing, or floor stand.
Sometimes. We check the viewing height and the temperature at the mounting zone. If the heat is too high for the TV maker's safe range or the height is not good for your neck, we will suggest a different wall or an articulating mount to lessen neck strain.
