Your Rights: The 'Not to Exceed' Price

A verbal quote over the phone is not a binding contract. California law requires that moving companies provide a Not to Exceed price based on a visual or documented inventory before the move begins. This cap protects you from being overcharged on move day.

If your list of items changes before moving day, update your inventory right away. The sooner we know what changed, the sooner we can adjust the plan.
