How to Book your Move?

Request your estimate
Let us know when you want to move, what you have, and if there are any building rules so we can match your move with the right crew and truck. If needed, we can also set up a video call to calculate the cost of your move more accurately.

Confirm access and paperwork
Your coordinator will review and confirm the estimate. If you’re satisfied with everything, we’ll confirm the quote in writing. The coordinator will answer all your questions and help you check elevator, COI, and parking requirements at both addresses for pickup and delivery.

Get ready for move day
We give you a pre-move checklist, packing options, and an arrival window so you know what to expect when the Move & Care crew gets there.

We check the whole route, including the width and height of the gate, the turns, the slopes, and the obstacles. We move the spa by ground if it can safely pass on a sled or dolly with the right control and ground protection. If you can't get enough clearance, we suggest using a certified crane with a spreader bar and tag lines.
When standing on edge, most standard shells need 40 to 45 inches of clear width and 80 to 96 inches of height, as well as space to turn at corners. We check measurements when we give a quote, and if it's okay, we can take down a fence panel to get safe access. People usually don't use tight indoor routes for safety.
We can help you with hose routing and responsible discharge, as well as give you advice on draining. A licensed electrician must disconnect and reconnect the power (we can help you set up a time). After you move in, you'll refill and power up, and we're here to answer any questions you have.
Most ground moves take 1.5 to 3 hours on site, and crane lifts take longer to set up. The length of time depends on the size of the spa, how easy it is to get to, and how far away it is.
