Request your estimate
Let us know when you want to move, what you have, and if there are any building rules so we can match your move with the right crew and truck. If needed, we can also set up a video call to calculate the cost of your move more accurately.

Confirm access and paperwork
Your coordinator will review and confirm the estimate. If you’re satisfied with everything, we’ll confirm the quote in writing. The coordinator will answer all your questions and help you check elevator, COI, and parking requirements at both addresses for pickup and delivery.

We give you a pre-move checklist, packing options, and an arrival window so you know what to expect when the Move & Care crew gets there.

Yes, we bring all boxes, tape, padding, and other materials needed. You don’t have to lift a finger. But that means an increase in cost. You can refuse our materials and we will work with yours. That way you can save money.
Yes, our packing service is available on its own. We’ll pack everything securely, even if someone else moves it.
It depends on the size of your place. Most apartments take 3–6 hours. Smaller studios take up to two hours.
Yes, you can choose full packing or just specific rooms or items. We adjust to what you need.
