Once you receive your moving quote and schedule your move, the next steps depend on your specific situation.
If you opt for our full packing service, we'll do it all for you. Our movers will pack your belongings either on the day of the move itself or a day or two beforehand, as needed, based on the volume of items. In case you need a part packing service (we pack a portion of items and you do the rest) or just packing supplies, we send a guide to packing so you can have things done smoothly.
For long-distance moves, it's very important that you pack carefully. Your goods will be spending a lot of time in the truck, subjected to possible road bumps and extreme weather.
Medfield may have moving time constraints or truck parking constraints on Medfield streets or apartments. Parking is usually not a gigantic issue, in contrast to larger cities, but it never hurts to check ahead of time. determine your moving plan, we also determine the approximate labor time and the
number of movers needed. The number of movers determines the hourly
rate. If your move is large, more movers means faster work and lower cost.
Your quota will give you an approximate cost of the job, the actual cost will be
determined by the actual time spent, which may take a little less or a little more time
(we take into account 15 minute increments).

Move and Care provides two types of insurance. Basic insurance (Released Value Protection) - this is free and is included by default in any of our services. Move and Care guarantees liability for no more than 60 cents per pound per item. And Full Value Protection - this insurance means that any damage is fully covered, but there is an additional charge.
The movers will not transport perishable products, nor will they transport any hazardous objects. We also do not transport plants or weapons, and our services do not include animal transportation.
