You can pack everything yourself with our DIY checklist, or let our packers handle the boxes for you. Just let us know about any large or delicate items like pianos, safes, or antiques so we bring the right equipment.
On moving day, the team will pad and protect your furniture, remove legs if needed, and stack boxes securely. We ask that one adult is on-site for final checks. Once the truck is on the road, you’ll receive a live GPS link so you can track the trip in real time.
At the destination spot we’ll place boxes, reassemble furniture, and take out garbage before leaving. If you choose unpacking services, we’ll empty cartons that same day.
In case your building requires a COI, we’ll provide it. Our company is licensed for it, so your move will go great without delays.
After that, we’ll have time to check everything together. If any item is missed or damaged, our moving manager will help with the problem on the spot—just call us. However, you’re protected by insurance included in our services.

Yes, our company does interstate moves. We have a valid USDOT number (3212621)
registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation. You can verify this at FMSCA SAFER. This license allows us to
legally perform long distance moves throughout the United States.
We also have individual state licenses wherever our offices are located:

C-3067) and Texas (TXDMV: 009636518C).
Move and Care provides two types of insurance. Basic insurance (Released Value Protection) - this is free and is included by default in any of our services. Move and Care guarantees liability for no more than 60 cents per pound per item. And Full Value Protection - this insurance means that any damage is fully covered, but there is an additional charge.
The estimate received for your move after our manager has called you and resolved all possible issues and questions: is final. With Move and Care long distance moving prices are set on a flat rate. The price will not change after the move is completed! All costs will be specified in your quote, no surprises and no hidden costs.
The movers will not transport perishable products, nor will they transport any hazardous objects. We also do not transport plants or weapons, and our services do not include animal transportation.
